Workshop & service
Les Lommers BV has gathered 40 years of experience in assembling, repairing and maintenance of earth-moving equipment. This experience ensures that we are capable of autonomously solving any job, however complicated.
With us you will have a fixed contact point for the workshop and services. In case of simple malfunctions we try first to instruct our customers by telephone in order to solve the problem without any costs. However, with one of our well-equipped service cars we will at all times be able to carry out almost all repair jobs on site.
For our workshop we apply a very competitive hour tariff, which also applies to our operations on site. For assembly and revision operations a price can be arranged beforehand in order to prevent any disappointment.
In our completely equipped workshop we carry out the following operations:
- revision of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic engines
- revisions of travelling gear and combustion engines
- rubber track replacement for mini-diggers and caterpillar dumpers
- extending digging arms on new or used machines
- maintenance and servicing operations
- solving hydraulic and electrical malfunctions
- preparing your machines for inspection as well as carrying out tests ourselves, VCA-inspection or crane-tests (discounts for multiple machines)
- we pressurize most common hoses for your earth-moving machine while-you-wait.
We have completely equipped service cars at our disposition, with which we can carry out on-site maintenance or repair operations, as well as crane-tests on your apparatus.
We have a long-standing reputation for our rapid and correct service. Whenever practicable, we perform the operations at the machine’s operational location in order to minimize the customer’s costs.
If possible we will repair defective components, rather than immediately mounting a replacement part. Of course only in case this effectively saves costs.
We also carry out crane-tests on site. We test according to the latest standards and have many years of experience with thoroughly inspecting earth-moving equipment.
